What are the differences between our three memberships: Bee Free, Bee Open and Bee Private?

 

BEE FREE offers you the possibility to test our coworking spaces free of charge for three days.
TRY FOR FREE

 

BEE OPEN offers you the possibility to work in the open space area at all BEEHIVE coworking spaces. Minimum booking period is one day. 
SUBSCRIBE NOW

 

BEE PRIVATE offers you the possibility to book a private office. Additionally, to your private office, you can work in the open space area of all BEEHIVE coworking spaces. Minimum booking period is one week.

What is the open space?

The open space is a coworking area which is open to all of our active members.

How are the BEEHIVE coworking spaces equipped?

I have chosen BEE OPEN, but now I need a private office. How flexible am I to switch?

You can intermit your BEE OPEN booking and switch to the BEE PRIVATE offer. The previous BEE OPEN booking can be reactivated at a later date.

Am I able to switch among the different BEEHIVE locations?

Yes, you can use every open space at all our coworking locations. In case you booked BEE PRIVATE you can additionally use your private office at the booked location.

Can I specify BEEHIVE as my business address?

Yes, if you have chosen our offer Bee Private you can use the address of your BEEHIVE with the additional information c/o BEEHIVE as a business address. Then, you can find your post regularly in the yellow mailbox in front of your room. Unfortunately, you cannot use BEEHIVE as a business address for our BEE OPEN offer.

Can I have packages sent to BEEHIVE?

You can easily have your packages sent to a post office near BEEHIVE. On the corkboard in each location you will find information about the next branch. Since we do not have a classic reception, unfortunately your packages can not be accepted.

How long in advance do I need to book?

Book and go work. It's as simple as that. You can start working immediately after you booked - if you like.

Until which date can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking before your starting date. That means, if you booked on Wednesday and you start coworking on Friday, you can cancel your booking until Thursday.

Can I stay longer than one month?

Yes, of course. We love having you with us.

How can I book a meeting room?

You can book a meeting room through your personal account (website/app). Generally, you can use the meeting rooms without booking if they are available.

Please consider that you can book a meeting room at the earliest with the beginning of your coworking membership. E.g. if you booked on the 1st of September for the period of one month starting at the 15th of September, ending at the 15th of October, you cannot use your meeting room credit until 16th September at the earliest – it is not possible before that. However, you can make the reservation right after booking.

How many meeting room credits do I receive?

The amount of your meeting room credits depends on which one of our memberships you subscribed to and the length of your booking period. Further details you will find here. Every credit counts for 4 hours. That means that you can book a meeting room for 4 hours with a single credit. The full amount of your meeting room credits is available at the beginning of your membership. You can check your personal credit balance in your account. Generally, you can use the meeting rooms without booking if they are available.

In general you receive more credits for a new booking.

Can I book a meeting room without being an active member?

Yes, you can always book a meeting room independently of the BEEHIVE offers via your personal online account.

How do I see which meeting room is available?

In your personal account during the booking process and on the monitors in the BEEHIVE you can see if your desired meeting room is available.

Am I able to invite guests to my meeting?

Yes, you can invite guests to your meeting through your online account. Your invited guests will receive location and access details for the lobby via e-mail. In the lobby all guests need to announce their arrival at the entrance tablet. After which you will receive an immediate mobile notification. Pick them up and let you meeting bee-gin!

This is possible.

ACCESS

What are the opening times at BEEHIVE locations?

BEEHIVE locations are open 24/7, 365 days a year. So what are you waiting for? Pack your bag and come cowork with us. We are looking forward to meet you.

I have not received my confirmation email/access code. What should I do?

Your confirmation email/access code, has been sent to you via email. Please check your spam folder, and make sure you have authorized noreply@BEEHIVE.work and info@BEEHIVE.work. In any case you can look up your access and WiFi code in your personal profile either on our website or on our app.

I have lost my access card. What do I do?

Please enter any BEEHIVE front door with your access code which you can look up in your personal profile. After that you can easily create a new card in the BEEHIVE lobby. When creating a new card the old one becomes automatically deactivated. Alternatively, you can send us a message via the contact form on our website. Select the category "card lost" and we deactivate your card for you.

What payment options do I have?

You can easily pay your booking online with credit card. If you choose the offer Bee Private you can also pay your booking with SEPA.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is needed to access our BEEHIVE coworking spaces. You only need to pay your membership fee through our website or our app.

Why do I need to enter my credit card details if I want to book a free test membership (BEE FREE)?

Your card will not be charged. The data is required for safety reasons.

You can insert and activate the voucher code on the booking website within the first column in the upper right corner.

MISCELLANEOUS

Can I bring food and drinks into the BEEHIVE spaces?

You are welcome to bring food and drinks with you. We provide you with cups, glasses, cutlery, a coffee machine and a fridge. Just keep in mind, that we clean the fridge every weekend for hygiene reasons.

Am I able to bring pets to the BEEHIVE location?

We love animals (especially busy bees). However BEEHIVE is a coworking space for humans and not everyone likes having pets around while working. Therefore, we do not allow pets within the BEEHIVE locations. Thank you for your understanding.
